partnership with MetLife Auto & Home work very hard to settle claims quickly and fairly. The knowledgeable
MetLife Auto & Home adjusters know what it takes to build and restore a collectible car, and they understand
the feeling caused by damage to a prized possession. Our goal is to provide all of the help needed during this difficult and stressful time.
The first opportunity you have after an accident occurs you should contact the Condon & Skelly Claims Department
at 800-257-9496. Our office hours are 9am to 5pm Eastern Time. If you need to call after hours please call Metlife
Auto & Home's Claim Center at 800-854-6011 extension 5280.
The following information should be readily available in order for the Claims Representative to properly expedite your claim without delay:
- Your name and policy number
- A contact number for you
- Year, Make, and Model of your vehicle
- Date of loss, location of loss and description of loss
- Name of the driver of the vehicle and their date of birth and driver's license number
- Any known damages to the vehicle and it's present location
If another party was involved in the accident it is helpful to have:
- Year, Make, Model & Plate number
- Owner or Driver of other vehicle's name, address and phone number
- Any known damages to their vehicle
- Their insurance company and policy number
- Which police department was contacted?
- Case number of police report.
- Any injuries for you or anyone else hurt in the accident
After your initial contact with Condon & Skelly you will be contacted by a claims adjuster from Metlife Auto & Home.
A local adjuster will inspect the vehicle or the insured will be asked to prepare an estimate.
After the inspection or estimates are received if no further information is required your claim may be settled and a check mailed to you.
Our claims adjusters are dedicated to handling collectible auto claims and are knowledgeable regarding repair
techniques, understand the hobby, will consult with you on repairs, and are committed to inform you on the progress of your claim.
