Condon Skelly Portal Guide

Here are some helpful How-To’s for using your new Condon Skelly Portal.

First things first, all current Condon Skelly customers and agents must log in to their portals to access their private policy information. If you have not yet registered for your portal, you can do so here:

If you have previously registered as a customer or as an agent on our old website, the same login information will work here. If you need to update your login email or username, you will be able to do so once you’ve logged into your portal.

If you are not a current Condon Skelly Agent or Customer, you can create a Guest Portal Account automatically when you get your first Insta-Quote. In your guest portal, you’ll be able to view and access your saved quotes and apply for coverage. Click here to get an Insta-Quote and get started!

Condon Skelly Customers

Paying an Outstanding Balance

Current Customers: In your Condon Skelly Customer Portal, you’re able to submit payment for any outstanding balances associated with your Condon Skelly policy.

Step 1.
Log in to your Condon Skelly Portal
» If you have not previously registered for your portal account, Register Here

Step 2.
On your Portal Home Page, you will see a red Pay Balance button in the Policy Information box, along with the Current Open Balance
» Note: If you do not see this button, make sure you are viewing the current policy tab. You can toggle between policy terms by clicking the blue CSA# link located under Policy Information

Step 3.
Click Pay Balance to proceed to the payment screen where you will need to enter the Bank Name, Account Holder Name, Routing Number, Account Number
» RENEWAL PAYMENTS ONLY: You may check the box next to ‘Decline Roadside Assistance Payment’ to remove the Roadside package from the policy.

Step 4.
When you’ve completed all fields, click ‘Pay Bill’, and an Email Receipt Confirmation will be automatically sent to you

Update, Change, or Correct Policy Information

Current Customers: From your Condon Skelly Customer Portal, you’re now able to update, change or correct your Policy Information.

Step 1.
Log in to your Condon Skelly Portal
» If you have not previously registered for your portal account, Register Here

Step 2.
On your Portal Home Page, you will see your information organized into 3 categories:
» Customer Information – Generic Contact Info
» Policy Information – Important details pertaining to your policy, such as Policy Number, Effective & Expiration Dates, Current Balance, etc.

> NOTE: Annual policies are listed here on individual tabs with the most recent policies on the left and the oldest policies on the right. This will allow you to compare coverages and premiums, year-to-year.

» Vehicle Information – VIN, Type, Deductibles and Agreed Values of every vehicle insured on your current policy

Step 3.
Click ‘Edit’ next to the category where you need to make changes

Step 4.
On the Edit Page, all corresponding information fields are able to be changed. Edit the fields that require updating, and click ‘Submit Changes’ – or, if everything is to your liking, you can click ‘Cancel’ or the ‘Back’ button on your browser to return to your homepage.
» Note: You do not need to re-enter all fields. Just make the updates you need and click ‘Submit Changes’.

Step 5.
After you’ve submitted your changes, you will receive a confirmation that your request has been submitted to Condon Skelly, and you can expect the changes to take effect within 24 to 48 business hours, pending any additional underwriter review.

View & Print Policy Documents

Current Customers: All of your important policy documents, including ID Cards, Policy Endorsements, Renewal Invoices, Payment Receipts, etc… Are available for you to view, print and download in your Condon Skelly Customer Portal.

Step 1.
Log in to your Condon Skelly Portal
» If you have not previously registered for your portal account, Register Here

Step 2.
*NOTE: If you want fast access to your ID Cards, click ‘Quick Print ID Cards’ under Policy Information to open a PDF document that you can save, print, or send.

Step 3.
On your Portal Home Page, click the ‘Document Management’ button, located on the right side.

Step 4.
The Documents Management screen will show you a list of all available documents associated with your account, categorized by document type and date

Step 5.
Select a document and click ‘Go’
» The Document will be opened as a PDF that you can View, Print, Send, or Save
» You can repeat this process as many times as you want to view other available documents

Condon Skelly Agents

View, Print & Download Policy Documents

All of your customers’ important policy documents, including ID Cards, Policy Endorsements, Renewal Invoices, Payment Receipts, etc… Are available for you to view, print and download in your Condon Skelly Agency Portal.

Step 1.
Log in to your Condon Skelly Portal
» If you have not previously registered for your portal account, Register Here

Step 2.
Locate the customer’s policy detail page by entering his name or policy number in the search box

Step 3.
On his Customer Policy Detail page, click the ‘Document Management’ button, located on the right side.

Step 4.
The Documents Management screen will show you a list of all available documents associated with his account, categorized by document type and date

Step 5.
Select a document and click ‘Go’
» The Document will be opened as a PDF that you can View, Print, Send, or Save
» You can repeat this process as many times as you want to view other available documents

Update, Change or Correct Policy Information

From your Condon Skelly Agency Portal, you’re now able to update, change or correct your customers’ Policy Information.

Step 1.
Log in to your Condon Skelly Portal
» If you have not previously registered for your portal account, Register Here

Step 2.

Step 3.

Step 4.

Pay Outstanding Balances

In your Condon Skelly Agency Portal, you’re able to submit payment for any outstanding balances associated with your customers’ Condon Skelly policies

Step 1.
Log in to your Condon Skelly Portal
» If you have not previously registered for your portal account, Register Here

Step 2.
You may view a complete lists of Payments Due by clicking ‘View All’ under the Payments Due box, OR
» You can use the search box to find a particular customer

Step 3.
Select a customer, and from his Customer Policy Detail page, you will see a red Pay Balance button under Policy Information, along with the Current Open Balance
» Note: If you do not see this button, make sure you are viewing the current policy tab. You can toggle between policy terms by clicking the blue CSA# link located under Policy Information

Step 4.

View/Print Saved Quotes & Apply for Coverage

You are now able to save you online quotes to your agency portal where you can access them at a later time.

Step 1.
Log in to your Condon Skelly Portal
» If you have not previously registered for your portal account, Register Here

Step 2.
Under the Recent Quotes list on your Agent Home Page, you may choose one of the displayed quotes, or you may click ‘View All’ to view the complete list of saved quotes.

Step 3.
On the Recent Quotes page, all of your saved quote records will be displayed in chronological order, beginning with the most recent. When you locate the quote you’re looking for, you can
» View/Download/Print the Quote Summary by clicking the ‘Quote Summary’ link
» Make changes to the quote by clicking the Quote Number link
» Apply for coverage

To Apply for Coverage

Step 1.
Click the Quote Number to access the quote online in our Insta-Quote system

Step 2.
Confirm that all information entered is correct, and click ‘Apply’ at the bottom of the page

Step 3.
Complete the additional fields on the Application Page, and click ‘Submit’
» Your application will be automatically sent to Condon Skelly and an underwriter will follow up to complete the process

Change Admin Information

You’re now able to make changes to your agency portal account admin information, including name, login email and password.

Step 1.
Log in to your Condon Skelly Portal
» If you have not previously registered for your portal account, Register Here
» If you previously registered but forgot your account password, click here

Step 2.
In your Agency Portal, click ‘My Account’ on the top navigation panel and choose ‘Settings’

Step 3.
On the Settings Page, the current admin account information will be shown in the ‘Update My Information’ box

» To change the admin user’s name

> Just change the name as it appears in the text box and click ‘Save’

» To change the admin user’s email

> Delete the current email address in both email fields
> Enter the new email address in the Email field, and enter it again in the Confirm Email field and click ‘Save’

» To change the admin user’s password

> Enter the new password in the ‘Password’ field
> Enter the new password again in the ‘Confirm Password’ field and click ‘Save’

Your changes will take effect immediately.

Add Additional Agents to Your Agency Portal Account

You may now have separate logins to your Portal Account for each individual at your agency. To add users to your agency portal, follow these steps:

Step 1.
Log in to your Condon Skelly Portal
» If you have not previously registered for your portal account, Register Here

Step 2.
In your Agency Portal, click ‘My Account’ on the top navigation panel and choose ‘Add/Manage Agents’

Step 3.
Click ‘Add New Agent’ button on bottom left side

Step 4.
Enter the agent’s First and Last Name, Email Address, and confirm the email address in the ‘Confirm Email’ field.

Step 5.
Choose “User” under ‘Agency Role’

Step 6.
Click ‘Create Agent’
» An email will be sent to the new user’s email address with a link to login to their account
» The new agent should follow the prompts to login, and once logged in, will be able to create his/her own password to access the account
