We know that in the unlikely event of an accident you want and deserve efficient claims service. Our toll free claims number is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. At Condon & Skelly, we work very hard to settle claims quickly and fairly. Our knowledgeable adjusters know what it takes to build and restore a collectible car, and they understand the feeling caused by damage to a prized possession. Our goal is to provide all of the help needed during this difficult and stressful time.
Please contact the Condon & Skelly Claims Department the first opportunity you have after an incident at 800-257-9496. Our office hours are Monday–Thursday 8am to 7pm, Friday 8am to 5pm Eastern Time. If you need to call after hours please call the Claim Center at 800-854-6011, extension 5280.
The following information should be readily available in order for the Claims Representative to properly expedite your claim without delay:
- Your name and policy number
- Year, make, and model of your vehicle
- Date of loss, location of loss and description of loss
- Name of the driver of the vehicle and their date of birth and driver's license number
